South beauty, Sai Pallavi and actor, Sivakarthikeyan's chemistry was mature and poised in Amaran. For the unversed, the actress played the role of Indhu Rebecca Varghese, who was the wife of the late, Major Mukundan Varadarajan. The biopic was on the life of the late Army officer, and the actress had played the role of a real-life character in a biopic for the first time. However, it seems like the duo had a crackling chemistry on-screen, but they have not been on talking terms with one another off-screen. A netizen on Reddit shared old pictures of the duo from an event of Amaran and shared how they barely spoke.

Neither Sai Pallavi nor Sivakarthikeyan has addressed having a public spat or a fallout. However, a netizen shared pictures of the duo, and it looked like it was from one of the events of Amaran. The netizen shared that both of them hardly spoke to one another. The user shared that both were friendly even during the multiple success events and interviews post-release. It was from one of Amaran's social events, as the comment section on Reddit revealed Sivakarthikeyan boasting about himself in the speech for allowing Sai's character to take over for the last 15 minutes of the movie.

The pictures showed Sai Pallavi and Sivakarthikeyan sitting next to each other and concentrating on the stage. Sai Pallavi was laughing with her hands resting on her cheek. She had worn a black saree and kept her tresses open. Sivakarthikeyan, on the flip side, wore a black shirt and looked very serious.

The user noted that Sivakarthikeyan was married when Premam was released, and he should have expected Sai Pallavi to address him as a brother despite her being his heroine.

For the unversed, Amaran is a biopic movie on the late Mukund Varadarajan, who was a commissioned Indian Army officer in the Rajput Regiment. The Ashok Chakra was posthumously awarded to him for his operation filled with valour during his regiment with the 44th Rashtriya Rifles battalion. This was the first biopic movie that Sivakarthikeyan had done in his career.
